Mark has a background in commercial real estate facilities management and has been a Certified Facility Manager since 1994 through International Facility Management Association. He has held many positions in corporate America from CFO to sales.
He has worked as the general contractor for several homes and full renovations and is primarily responsible for property repairs & maintenance, renovations, working with investors to establish a clear understanding of their needs.
Mark is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Investor. He is active in his church, the community and real estate investment groups like Georgia Real Estate Investor Association (GaREIA). He also co-leads a GaREIA geographic subgroup. He frequently assists other Investors in building their portfolio wisely.

Anne has a background in technology sales, marketing & public relations. Having been responsible for managing employees, she has the experience of building good teams that work together. She partners with Mark in the design portion of renovations and is responsible for the marketing of properties, tenant relations, and accounting for the properties.
